Part of the Roadster series launched in 1978, this solid body electric guitar was crafted in Japan by FujiGen, known for quality instrument manufacturing.
The 1980 Ibanez Roadster RS300 features a solid ash body and a bolt-on rock maple neck. Its maple fingerboard has 21 frets with black dot markers. Three Ibanez Super Tap 6 single coil pickups offer versatile sound options with a coil tap toggle. Hardware includes an Accu-Cast fixed bridge with sustain block and brass nut. The knobs have been replaced with modern ibanez sure grip knobs and the tuning machines have been changed to hipshot. The guitar offers through-body or bridge-terminated string options, face-mounted output, and a secure Quadra-Lock neck joint with four metric bolts. Comes with hard shell case.
