Gibson SG Baritone
Introduced in late 2013, the Gibson SG Baritone represents a groundbreaking addition to the SG lineup—the first baritone iteration ever produced by Gibson. Distinguished by its extended 27-inch scale length and proportionally enlarged body, this instrument delivers the deeper, more resonant tones characteristic of baritone guitars. Factory-tuned to B standard, it combines the iconic SG design with enhanced low-end capability. Production was concentrated in late 2013, with availability continuing through 2014, making these instruments increasingly sought after by collectors and players seeking a unique baritone platform with Gibson's legendary craftsmanship.
