Fender's California Series acoustics come from a long history of rethinking the acoustic guitar for adventurous players, and they're authentically different, timeless and Fender through and through. The dreadnought is loved for its big, deep tone and its versatility, so it's the go-to shape for everything from strumming to soloing!
The California Standard Redondo CE adds a cutaway and onboard Fender electronics to that classic shape. Its laminate construction pairs a spruce top with sapele back and sides for rich, satisfying tone that holds up to everyday playing. The 25.5" scale neck has a slim "C" profile that's inviting and easy to play, with an oiled walnut fingerboard and a walnut bridge. The electronics give you clean, high-quality output for playing live, recording or running effects, with volume and tone controls and a built-in digital tuner. Sealed-gear tuners keep tuning smooth and accurate, and that Fiesta Red gloss finish with an ivory pickguard is pure Fender!
