Fender's California Deluxe Series comes from more than a decade of thoughtful design, and it's built to go wherever the music takes you. The California Deluxe Redondo raises the bar with refined construction and a sound that rises to any occasion, whether you're writing at home or playing out!
The full-size Redondo dreadnought body gives you bold projection and a commanding presence, so it's as comfortable in a living room as it is filling a big room. A solid mahogany top over laminated mahogany back and sides, braced with scalloped X-bracing, delivers an earthy tone that's full in the mids, smooth in the highs and nicely punchy. The satin mahogany neck has a slim "C" shape and a 12" radius walnut fingerboard with vintage-style frets.
Sealed-gear split-shaft tuners hold their tuning through the longest sets, a Micarta nut and saddle help carry every string's tone, and phosphor bronze strings sound rich and full from the very first note. Versatile, refined and ready for anything!
