Q.      What credit cards do you accept?
A.     We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. We will also accept credit card payments through PayPal online.

Q.     Why do you require having the same billing and shipping address for credit card transactions?
A.     It's for protection. We have had a couple of unfortunate dealings with credit card fraud (when someone calls in with a stolen card and has it shipped to an address different to that on the card). When that happens, everybody loses. So to avoid that, we just require that the address you want your product shipped to is registered on the card.

Q.     Do you offer gift certificates?
A.     Yes.

Q.     Do you do layaways?
A.     Yes, we do have a layaway option. We do require a deposit of 20% of the item's selling price. We will then hold that item for you for a period of 60 days.  In the event of a “cancelled layaway”, a 15% restocking fee will be retained by Metronome Music Inc and any other money down will be returned to the customer. Please inquire if you have specific questions about this policy.


Q.     Do you accept C.O.D. or PayPal?
A.     We do not accept C.O.D. but we are happy to be able to now accept PayPal online payments. Verified buyers may submit payments to the PayPal account
music@richnet.net.

Q.     Do you ship overseas? To military addresses? To post office boxes?
A.     We ship overseas and to military addresses, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  However due to our dealer agreement, we do not ship the folllowing brands outside the USA: Fender® & Jackson®.

Q.     What is your return policy?
A.     If you buy a product and have it shipped to you, you can return it within 48 hours for a full refund/return, no questions asked. You must pay for shipping both ways, though. For in store purchases, there is no return policy.

Q.     Do you take trades-ins? Do you buy products outright?
A.     Yes! We love to take trades and buy products. If you need a trade or cash estimate, call, write or come on in.

Q.     Do you have a repair shop?
A.     Yes, we have a guitar repairman on staff along with a band instrument repairman.  We will also service any item that we sell as long as it is still covered under the manufactures' warranty.  Electronic instruments such as amps, effects,  & speakers would be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair.

Q.     Are you an authorized service center for my instrument?
A.     We are an authorized service center for Fender.
